Customer Service & Shipping -Your customer service was some of the worst I've ever experienced. I was continually told that my product would be here on time and I was told it had shipped on one day when it had not. FedEx said otherwise. We expected our bags on 5/28 and they did not ship until 6/2. We did not have them when we needed them and had to improvise until they finally arrived on 6/3. I expressed my disappointment many times during this process and was given lip service. You have the wrong person handling this portion of your business.
